Fairly clean hotel, and the staff were really friendly and amicable, location was incredible in the city center of Bilbao. My well-maintained and great-sized room came with a private bathroom and an old wardrobe plus good beds. The whole experience was really good!

The location was most convenient, as I could walk everywhere to explore shops, landmarks, and restaurants, while also enjoying a amazing view at Azkuna Zentroa just around the corner. The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations to enhance my city experience.

The staff were very-very nice and assisted with public parking. Exceptionally comfortable beds, central heating, a safe box, and multi-channel television in the room. Nice bathroom with a tub.

Unfortunately, the room was unbearably hot and lacked air conditioning. We were also disappointed in the storage space for our luggage, as the room offered limited options for four people. The bathroom setup was inconvenient, with no shelves for toiletries, leaving us to balance everything on the wet floor.
