Loved the amazing location in the old town! Super clean and newly refurbished room. Only downside was the lack of soundproofing. could hear everything from other rooms. 🛌

The location was most convenient, as I could walk everywhere to explore shops, landmarks, and restaurants, while also enjoying a breathtaking view at Azkuna Zentroa just around the corner. additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations to enhance my city experience.

i had a delightful stay at a hotel that allowed me to walk to iconic spots, like the beautiful plaza nueva and the stunning church of san francisco de asis, all just a short stroll away, with the staff being friendly and the room being both spacious and clean, making my experience even better!

Unfortunately, the room was unbearably hot and lacked air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep comfortably through the night. We were also disappointed in the storage space for our luggage, as the room offered limited options for four people. Furthermore, the bathroom setup was inconvenient, with no shelves for toiletries, leaving us to balance everything on the wet floor.
